That pretty smile might look different soon. She went to the dentist this week who referred us to an oral surgeon. We need to go talk to them next week to discuss a frenectomy (snipping the line of her gums that goes down inbetween her front teeth). It needs to be done soon before her baby teeth fall out. If we don't get it done, her 2 front teeth will never touch and she will always have a space there. I don't think she would like that very much when her adult teeth start coming in, so we are going to go through with the procedure. I hope it's not to hard to do and I hope she handles it well.

Alana's Baptism

Alana Leigh got baptized last Sunday. She wore the same gown & cross that Alexis wore. She was so good all throughout mass, but then got a little cranky during the baptism. She was so cute though! We had a lot of family and friends come to the church and then to our house. We are so lucky to have so many people in our lives that care about us all and are involved with what's going on with us. We love you all! It was really hot out, but we tried to stay inside with the air on to keep us cool. I think the party went pretty well...with lots of good food of course.

Happy Birthday Lily!!

This is a picture of my cutie puppy Lily the day she came home from the pet store...she was such a little fluffball.
And this is my dirty dog on her 1st birthday. She grew so much in 9 months! She really needs to have a bath and her hair brushed and trimmed! She is a good doggie. She has been spending a lot of the summer days outside running around the backyard and I think she likes it. I wish I had more time to spend with her and play, but it's so hard to find time with 3 kids who always need me. For her birthday we went to the doggie bakery and got her special treats & goodies and we had to sing "Happy Birthday" to her many, many times. Alexis said Lily liked when we sang to her.

I have to remember to write down everything the kids say lately because they are so funny and they don't even know it.
The past week the kids have said:

• "Can I have some cereal to hold me off until the eggs are ready?" -Alexis
• "Is that deer dead?" -Sean at the zoo
• "Daddy can't fit in my underwear." -Sean at dinner

Put her back Mom!

Tonight my little guy said to me, "Mom, I like Alana, but I want her to go back into your belly." I asked him why and he said, "Because she is loud and cries a lot." I told him that really can't happen...He is my little cutie pie.

3 Months Old

Gary and I got to go to the Dave Matthews Band concert last night and we had so much fun! We met up with some friends, had some drinks (still recovering), and got to listen to my favorite band. These pics are from tailgating before the concert...I just happen to be eating pizza out of gary's pocket, not exactly sure why.

Another month has gone by and my baby is now 3 months old! She has already rolled over, she is babbling away at us and pushing herself up when she is on her belly. I love that I get to be with my kids everyday...they are the best!!!
